Hotdish Revolution! 2011
The Holland Neighborhood’s biggest fundraiser, decidedly Northeast, was held on April 30 at the Grace Center. Celebrity judges from local chefs, public figures and artists were on hand to judge the supreme hotdish. Categories included Spicy, Tater Tot, Vegetarian, Quintessential, I Made It Myself (Kids 15 and Under) and Jello!
Guests enjoyed a tasty beverage or two compliments of Central Avenue Liquors and Grumpy’s, while listening to the Jolly Groggers. Raffles of prizes generously donated from local businesses; Central Avenue Liquors, River Liquors, Good Carma, Mill City Cafe, Ritz Theater, Matchbox Coffee, Sharpe Barbers, NE Social, Fried Bologna, Modern Cafe, Eastside Co-op, Movables, Go Native Landscaping, Salon Stella, 212 Pottery, Behind Bars, the Art of Chiropractic and Easel Street to name a few. The event also featured representatives from Northeast Dinner Bell (Meals on Wheels).
